• First of all, Go to settings.

• Then go to Apps.

• Click on Manage Apps.

• Click on Hotstar Application.

• Click on Force Stop.

• Click on Clear All Data.

• And clear the Cache and Clear Data also.

• Then click on App Permissions.

• And Allow all the permissions.

 

• Then long-press the power button and Restart the Phone.

• When your Phone is on, check whether your problem is solved or not.

• After doing this your problem will definitely be solved.
