Fix Digi Locker Verification Code Not Received | OTP | One Time Password Problem

If you sign in on your Digi Locker, you will not receive an OTP Code or a Verification Code.

First Method:

• First, go to Settings.

• Then go to the App Manager.

• Then go to Message Application.

• Then click on Permission.

• Maybe your SMS option will be disabled here, so enable it.

• If it is already enabled on your phone, then you have to disable it and enable it again.

• Now you can sign on Digi Locker Verification to see if the OTP is being received or not.

• If not received then try the second method.

Second Method:

• In the app manager, you have to click on the Digi Locker Verification application.

• Then go to Storage.

• Then you have to Clear the Data.

• And you have to Clear Cache.

• Go to permissions.

• You have to enable all the permissions from here.

• Now try again to sign on Digi Locker Verification to see if the OTP received or not.
